The insurance data statement is a free account statement of your social security data. This statement informs you about periods in which you were insured (= insurance periods) and about the amounts you were insured with (= contribution bases).
You can easily do this online using your citizen card or mobile phone signature. To do this, select the "Create insurance data statement" service in the MeineSV service portal.
You can also obtain an extract of your personal insurance periods (insurance history) from any social insurance institution (but not from the umbrella organization of social insurance institutions) upon presentation of an official photo ID.
